An active subscription is defined as any Train subscription where a monthly fee is charged to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. If you cancel your subscription or your subscription is no longer classed as active due to reasons such as non-payment of subscription fees, we will keep your data for 6 months after this date. This allows you to keep all your data should you wish re-activate your subscription. If you do not re-activate your account within this time period then your data, and your clients data, will be deleted.

Marketing

If you have consented to receiving marketing from Our Company, then we may send you information regarding our services, special offers and announcements.

You may always opt out of receiving marketing at a later date.
